Mykola Tomenko: the Parliament restored "Notarial" Rights of the Local Communities
Today The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Laws on amendments to the Law on notarial system concerning authorities of officials of the local self-government bodies to commit particular notarial actions (Reg. No.3586, No.3587), elaborated by Mykola Tomenko and Serhiy Mishchenko, People´s Deputies of Ukraine.
According to the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the adopted Laws simplify access of elderly citizens-residents of rural area to the notarial actions.
M.Tomenko also stated that adopted Laws restored the right of officials of the local self-government bodies to commit notarial actions in the settlements without notaries public and, therefore, restored social equity concerning residents of villages and settlements. "The Law will enhance citizens´ access to the notarial services and reduce expenditures in the field of civil and legal relations", - he stressed.
